Strategic Communications

Clean Tech CAN DO began as an internal strategic communications campaign to increase employee engagement and effort amidst large-scale change happening during a corporate acquisition. GO conceptualized, designed and executed a fun and uplifting program (aimed at coworkers, customers and community) that included a new Teams channel with a social media aspect, an awards program whereby employees nominated and voted up coworkers each week for outstanding CANDOtitude, and a weekly newsletter from the CEO to name, reward and thank employees personally for their efforts.
