INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGN

CLEAN TECH CAN DO

Clean Tech CAN DO began as an internal strategic communications campaign to increase employee engagement and effort amidst large-scale change happening during a corporate acquisition. GO conceptualized, designed and executed a fun and uplifting program (aimed at coworkers, customers and community) that included a new Teams channel with a social media aspect, an awards program whereby employees nominated and voted up coworkers each week for outstanding CANDOtitude, and a weekly newsletter from the CEO to name, reward and thank employees personally for their efforts.

Major organizational changes often bring uncertainty. Leadership needed a way to communicate consistently, recognize employee contributions and create positive moments that would strengthen culture during a period of transition.

 

The goal wasn't simply to share information—it was to build connection, trust and engagement across the organization.

GO developed Clean Tech CAN DO, an internal engagement campaign built around positivity, recognition and participation. The program gave employees opportunities to celebrate one another, stay connected to company updates and participate in activities designed to strengthen culture during a time of change.
